Kaboom 1Just as I was starting to put all this silly “Nibiru coming to destroy the Earth in 2012” paranoia…

Astronomers have discovered a rogue planet wandering around the solar system some 100 light years away from the Earth.

According to the BBC:

The planet, dubbed CFBDSIR2149-0403, is outlined in a paper posted online to appear in Astronomy and Astrophysics…

"This object was discovered during a scan that covered the equivalent of 1,000 times the [area] of the full moon," said study co-author Etienne Artigau of the University of Montreal.  "We observed hundreds of millions of stars and planets, but we only found one homeless planet in our neighborhood."

CFBDSIR2149-0403 is traveling in a pack with other itinerant gang of space objects roaming the galaxy like some planet killing motorcycle gang (called by scientists the “AB Doradus moving group”

According to the group who discovered the interstellar objects, because CFBDSIR2149-0403 appears to be moving with the group (to a certainty of 87%) it leads magazinethem to believe that it had formed some 50 -120 million years ago. The planet’s discovery also strengthens the hypothesis that rogue planets are more common than we might want to think in our universe.

Needless to say, the first thing that came to mind when I came across this story is Nibiru and the whole Sitchin theory about the Annunaki, human engineering, and the rest of that Coast to Coast AM madness.

2012, the whole world turning into a raging Hell on Earth, and now rogue planets hurtling out there in the cosmos capable of fulfilling the Doomsday predictions of old…

It’s like we wrote it.
