California Lawyer claims Obama ineligable to be President...

Uh Oh...

A California lawyer is claiming to have a birth certificate proving that those insane conspiracy theorists on Coast to Coast AM might not be so crazy after all...

Orly Taitz, a California lawyer who has filed a number of law suits challenging President Obama's eligibility to be President, has released a copy of a document he claims to have in his possession.  He did this in the process of filing a motion formerly declaring so with the US District Court.

The document in Taitz's possession is a document that claims that on August 4, 1961, in the Coast General Hospital of Mombasa, Kenya, a boy named Barack Jr. was born of a Mr. Barack Hussein Obama and Mrs. Stanley Ann Obama.

What a strange coincidence, right???

No doctor is listed and it should be noted that this is not the original government record but rather a copy of it made in 1984, but that is not enough to stop Taitz's claim.

In his motion to the US District Court for the Central District of California, Taitz claims President Obama is Constitutionally ineligible to become president due to his not being born on American territory, and is hoping that the Courts will verify the authenticity of the birth certificate, along with getting any other necessary documents from the Kenyan Government to do so.  The motion also subpoenas Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

While speaking to World Net Daily, Taitz states "I filed the motion with the court asking for expedited discovery, which would allow me to start subpoenas and depositions even before Obama and the government responds," Taitz told WND. "I am asking the judge to give me the power to subpoena the documents from the Kenyan embassy and to require a deposition from Hillary Clinton so they will be forced to authenticate [the birth certificate].

"I'm forcing the issue, where Obama will have to respond...  Before, they said, 'You don't have anything backing your claims'.  Now I have something. In fact, I have posted on the Internet more than Obama has. My birth certificate actually has signatures."

As of yet, the White House has made no official announcement on the matter, which we can safely assume is going to be how they are going to be dealing with this (that and I am sure having every tenticle of Government power going through this woman's life until they can shut her the hell up...)
