NASA warns of civilization ending solar storm...

SUN-BOOMSometimes you really do have to tip your cap to NASA when it comes to their ever so clever ways of reminding all of us that they still exist...

NASA is warning the world of a planet crippling solar storm expected to be hitting the planet sometime in the next few years.

Senior space agency scientists believe the Earth will be hit with unprecedented levels of magnetic energy from solar flares after the Sun wakes “from a deep slumber” sometime around 2013.

In a new warning, NASA said the super storm would hit like “a bolt of lightning” and could cause catastrophic consequences for the world’s health, emergency services and national security unless precautions are taken.

Scientists believe it could damage everything from emergency services’ systems, hospital equipment, banking systems and air traffic control devices, through to “everyday” items such as home computers, iPods and Sat Navs.

End of Days...

It is widely believed that such a cataclysmic event could bring about the end of civilizations, as the mechanisms that keep WezFaceoffour societies propped up have become dependent on our technological advancements in order to operate.

Due to humans’ heavy reliance on electronic devices, which are sensitive to magnetic energy, the storm could leave a multi-billion dollar damage bill and “potentially devastating” problems for governments.

Within days of the catastrophe, the many nations of our planet will devolve into nightmarish scenes out of Mad Max, roving bands of leather clad scavengers and all...

And all these horrors predicted by scientists to happen to the planet sometime around 2013...

A mere 10 days after the "End of Days" (12-21-2012) foretold by the Mayan Calendar.

Anyone else getting a strange spooky feeling in the pit of their stomach???
